Joe Bergsrud always felt he was meant to be a father. So when he and his wife, Misty, learned that Joe had a varicocele, which was prohibiting them from conceiving, they were devastated. They looked for solutions to the problem but were unable to find anything that worked.
Losing hope, Misty and Joe turned to Marshfield Clinic Health System and interventional radiologist, Dr. Tae Gardner. Dr. Gardner performed a procedure on Joe, and a few months later, the Bergsrud’s were expecting a child.
