Knowing when to advance your strength training routine can be a tough call.
Practice good form with basic exercises before trying something more challenging. Once you can easily perform three sets of 15 repetitions of an exercise and with good form, you’re ready to advance to the next level. New exercises may be difficult and cause muscle soreness, but they shouldn’t be painful.

Our third lower body exercise video features six challenging moves to build stronger legs. Start with 10 repetitions of each exercise and two rounds of the circuit every day. Work your way up to 15 repetitions and three rounds.
