Get ready to hunt with these upper body fitness routines

Hunters do a lot of lifting, bending, twisting and turning during the gun deer season. These stretching and strengthening exercises can help improve your upper body fitness and get you ready for the hunt.

We want to help you get off the couch and into the woods. Couch to Deer Camp includes simple stretching and strengthening exercises you can do three times a week, to help you get ready for opening day.
